Cemetery Man is so interesting and clever it's hard to even think of it as just a zombie movie, but of course that's what it is. I mean, it's easy to forget in this context. But, if you forgot it in the context of making a list of the best horrors/horror-comedies of the 90's, then you would have to be killed... sorry.
