After all these years of watching horror movies, I still find myself wincing if something is shown with teeth or fingernails. I can't help but cringe. emoticon

Probably the only moment in any recent horror that made me almost look away. I think even Troma said he had trouble watching this scene.

It was just very effectively done to me, and I guess others - one of the most convincing gore effects I've ever seen and therefore it seemed to make it all the more painful to watch. And considering the rest of the film had almost zero gore, it probably hit harder.
