The Haunting, Suspiria, and The Wicker Man have all been remade. And I believe there is a made for TV sequel to Rosemary's Baby.

I am aware of those but he didn't mention anything about the originals. The criteria said "no remakes" and they're certainly not part of a "series" so... emoticon

But Markus...I believe that means films that have remakes do not fit the criteria?

I remember watching The Devil's Rain on tv a lot, and that was an awesomely weird desert horror story. Ernest Borgnine was the man! And everyone melts at the end for several minutes.

And Captain Kronos would have been a great series if it took off. I thought that movie was the coolest when I saw it on AMC (same channel I watched Devils Rain). I'm very happy to say that I met Caroline Munro at a convention a few years back, and she's aged rather well.

One could argue that Brain Damage is part of the Henenlotter continuity, seeing as how Duane and his basket cameo in the film.

And while I've never seen any of the "sequels", I know there are at least 2 bastardized Italian cannibal knock-offs that call themselves "Cannibal Holocaust 2".

Ouch, that sucked. I had to Google that, I didn't know what you were talking about. I didn't even think of the Apocalypse Trilogy. But, I was just screwing around anyway, I think both SotD and PoD should definitely count.
