Honestly, I think they're both kind of wonderful movies. I like Horns because it's got an airy Aja tone to it. I think Radcliffe is a decent actor, and the movie is pretty interesting. Some people think it's predicatable, and the ending is kind of off, but I mostly liked it. It's kind of comparable to The Crow in the means of avenging a loved one.
Spring is an even more romantic movie, and probably one of my favorite romances ever. It's showcases the countryside of Italy, and the exoticism of its setting and characters makes this one stand out. I think the directors of this one make some very cool movies.
Unfortunately, I don't have any new suggestions. These two movies kind of stand out in their own way, and make for a great double feature, due to the romantic themes and airy atmospheres.
You don't see much artistic takes in horror these days, but Aja had the magic touch with High Tension, and then lost it, and got some of it back with Horns. Benson and Moorhead movies are always pretty spiffy. I also think 'Bug' 2006 kind of fits in with the romantic/slowburn elements, and perhaps Mandy (didn't really care for that one though).
It's really hard to find other titles like this, and I want recommendations too.
Harry Potter grows horns after allegedly murdering his girlfriend. Sounds stupid, but it's actually an intricately woven romantic fantasy crime drama mystery, with solid performances and engaging plot twists. The less you know going in, the better.
