TV movies nowadays rightly get a bad rap with poor writing, low production values, and intrusive commercial breaks.. However, back in the 1970s, made-for-TV horror movies were a genre unto themselves. Many of those TV movies are still highly watchable, memorable, and have even enjoyed big budget remakes.
