Uh, yeah, I did give up on marvel, and nothing I just said negates that. They're trying desperately to win me back (along with about a third of the rest of the fans who jumped ship after Endgame) with their purported new tactics, but they continue to pump out shit regardless. I already said I'm not watching it. I might jerk it to Brie later though.

Sometimes, trailers are unavoidable. Sometimes, you watch them out out of some sadistic sense to torture oneself, hoping they'll find their way back to glory. I keep hoping I'll be blown away by something Marvel teases, but even with a somewhat intriguing premise, I know it's going to be the same old shit that made me run away from them in the first place. Don't worry, Vince. I'm cutting all ties, slowly but surely.

The effects are fine, but I'm not crazy about the cosmic aspect of Marvel. I prefer the earthbound stuff, otherwise I can't get into it. Maybe the new Alien show will give us proper space sci-fi.
