By your own definition the show in question is not a documentary. The dramatization itself is a fictional element. Compare the Ted Bundy Tapes to the new Zac Efron film. Efron did a great job presenting his interpretation of Bundy, but it was still just acting. Even if the film hadn't taken any creative liberties and had stuck to the facts it still would not be a documentary. For example, much of the real life footage of Bundy can be used to analyze how his body language indicates deception or guilt. Dramatization contains an element of fiction, because it paints an incomplete interpretation of events based on what people said happen and how the actor/director presents it.

Clearly you did not read what I wrote, did not understand what I was arguing or chose to completely ignore my argument. Rather than argue with the point I made you are merely repeating what you stated previously.
