As far as this year goes, my day has been pretty good. Halloween falls on a Saturday night, so I don't have to work tomorrow. I can sit back, get drunk and high, and watch horror flicks all night, and fall back an hour early tomorrow morning. I have pizza, I'm ready for trick-or-treaters, and I hope I don't exhaust myself too early, because this is Halloween NIGHT.

This month's challenge turned out alright. It's always good to see old faces making a triumphant return, though I'll always miss a few people. I haven't watched too many new gems, but I can walk away from this challenge with at least one movie that I really enjoyed: "Ice Cream Man" with Clint Howard. The Werewolf 1956 had decent vibes too, but I was too high to pay full attention. Since my FTV endeavor was pretty shitty, I hope I can make that up for next month with some really shitty movies. Turkeys are the bee's knees.

As a side announcement, I am still working on new TE projects. My main endeavor is focusing on non-html and full on applications. Organizing the structure of this mess eats a lot of my time, but it's a work in progress, and you'll see some of it eventually. It'll be the next evolutionary step in TE's life cycle.

So how's everyone's Halloween? Is it as shitty as the year, or is there a light at the end of the tunnel? SPEAK, damn you!

Not a bad challenge for me either. I think I actually watched my favorite FTV of the month just today. Vampire Resurrection (2001) on Tubi. Color Out Of Space (2019), Dan Curtis' Frankenstein (1973) and Bell From Hell (1973) are some runner ups. Gonna try to fit in one more tonight but fading fast. Not sure how I'm gonna get higher without passing out minutes later, but I'll figure it out...

No trick-or-treaters here tonight. I'd blame covid, but none showed up last year either.

I saw a few good FTVs this month. Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight and Confessions of a Serial Killer are probably my favorites. Also finally got to see Hack-O-Lantern. That wasn't as bad as I expected.

I got about two handfuls of trick-or-treaters. I only had shitty candy to give them, but I let them take a bunch of it. First time in ages that I handed out candy.

I'm sad I didn't participate as much as I would've liked to this year, but some really shitty stuff has been happening in my life. Halloween was a fun night for me though! My bf got super drunk, I got tipsy and played some games with friends. Ate candy, and had some wings. Overall great night!

I never do anything special for Halloween. I never had friends so never went to any parties. I never give out candy or put up decorations either (since a 2nd grade vandalism incident) but usually manage to watch a few movies. This year I watched Olivia and A Quiet Place to Kill, both first time views. The weather was good so during the day I raked leaves and some other outdoor work that I'd rather not do after it gets really cold.
