Freddy Krueger hosts an anthology of horror stories set in Springwood, Ohio.
While most of the episodes are random Springwood incidents, there are a few episodes featuring Freddy Krueger, most notably the pilot episode, "No More Mr. Nice Guy" directed by Tobe Hooper, which acts as a prequel to the first film.
The blackboard in the Springwood school in Freddy's Dead mentions that Freddy's child was taken away from him in 1966 because of his crimes. This episode occurs at the time of the trial when his child would be taken away.
1968 - No More Mr. Nice Guy
These events are to coincide with the events described in Freddy's Dead. The series is depicted as being set in the 80s though, so discrepancies may arise with fashions, cars, etc.
1968 - Sister's Keeper
Set at least "six months" after the events of No More Mr. Nice Guy, as stated by the family.
1988 - Springwood Anthology Series
1988~1999 - It is considerable that the series occurs between the 1988 events of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4 and the 1999 events of Freddy's Dead. This would explain the state of turmoil seen in Freddy's Dead as the town has gone somewhat crazy after all the strange events that were happening as seen in each episode of the series.
Oct 31, 1988 - Freddy's Tricks and Treats
Freddy terrorizes a med student on Halloween night.
Oct 30, 1989 - Photo Finish
"Halloween isn't till tomorrow night. We don't give out candy until then."
