Discuss this Italian creature feature masterpiece.

Starring everyone's favorite wife of a Beatle, Barbara Bach.

And star of Citizen Kane, Joseph Cotten. If it stars him it must be good!

Yeah obviously. The funny thing with BB is shes beautiful etc but she does not do a single thing for me, its like beautiful as in a work of art to hang on the wall but to touch and love == zilch

This always got bad reviews but I liked it well enough. I'd buy it if it got a decent release. Barbara Bach isn't my favorite Bond girl but she's okay.

I've seen the original version, which was passable nonsense, but want to see the Roger Corman release called 'Screamers' which had added footage to appeal to an American audience (which I presume means more gore).

Joseph Cotton! I miss how one time major stars with careers that were fading would do low budget schlock like this.

I want to see Meg Ryan battling fish people!

The closest we have to that today would probably be Nicholas Cage, but I don't think even he has done anything like Island of the Fishmen.

Never seen it or the Screamers cut. But the theatrical poster is A+ one of the best I've ever seen, which Mya used as their dvd cover.
