Who do you prefer?

The slow and meticulous Frankenstein collecting body parts over time or Herbert West directly injecting his serum into any corpse he can find?

Who do you find to be more manic, grotesque or interesting?

I think Frankenstein's method is more macabre. He creates a 'new' person but from body parts often from criminals so the result is not a very pretty human.
West brings back the person like he/she was, more or less...

I do prefer West method but I guess because I do like Re-Animator more than Frankenstein. On the other hand Frankenhooker was even more fun than both can I nominate that one instead of Frankenstein?

Frankenstein is more horrific, while Herbert West's is more spontaneous. It doesn't follow quite as much logic, I guess? Re-animated folk can be killed, but severed heads can stay alive without a body? It seems a little more for laughs, and it's usually nothing internal. Dr. Frank, however, has to cut up cadavers and deal with their guts and inner workings. Herbert West is just inconvenienced by re-animated guts and zombies.

Don't get me wrong here. I think Re-Animator is great. I've got Jeffrey Combs' autograph, signed "Overdose!". But Frankenstein is more mad, I think.

that's amazing, very jealous. There's never any doubt about taking that each time you move!

For sure. My autograph collection is my most prized possession.
