Some decent pacing woud be nice.

With a movie like Zombie 2, you don't worry about artistic niceties like pacing.

Its all about the voodoo and shark fights.

I used to hate this movie when I first saw it. Kinda disappointing in terms of being a Dawn of the Dead "sequel", but it's definitely one of Fulci's finer films. It reeks of that cheesy Italian style of filmmaking in the best ways, and it's got a great setting and good mood to go with it. For a movie about voodoo zombies on an island, it doesn't get any better than this.

It's been ages since I saw this last but I do recall thinking that it could have been a bit weirder. For my tastes at least. I prefer City of the Living Dead for its "why did that happen?" value. But Zombie Flesh Eaters is still really cool.
