I'm sure I'm being incredibly dense, but what do you mean by "found in media."

Right below the box where you type your post, there are several smaller boxes which can be clicked on and will then display different options. One such box says "Media." Click on it and go down until you find YouTube.

Got nothing like that. All I have are "Preview" and "Post Reply."
I guess that would be why I couldn't find it. Still no idea how I managed to pull it off that time mentioned above though.
