While I have no doubt there was a 'white people are evil' mindset during the making Get Out, I actually enjoyed the movie's concept by the end. Especially when it's revealed that what those white people are up to goes far beyond just brainwashing. Jordan Peele said he was inspired by The Stepford Wives and I'd say there are some definite similarities.

Chris and his girlfriend Rose go upstate to visit her parents for the weekend.
