It might give me that queasy feeling in my stomach if I think too much about it, but I don't want to jump. However, if I was going to kill myself, I think jumping off a cliff would be a great way to go.
So long as you're high enough.
Ever hear about the guy who jumped out of the building during 9-11, and lived?! That's some crazy shit.
Then again, you have some movies that are dumb as fuck, like Jason Statham falling from a plane, and smacking into the concrete... and coming back for a sequel.
Then... you also have movies like Dredd, where people fall off a building a go SPLAT!
Yes. This is a thing apparently that happens to certain people.
In '06 when I visited the Hoover Dam I wanted to jump so bad. I often think back to that scenario and think of all the years, people and experiences I would've missed out on had I gone through with it. It isn't a suicidal thing, because I don't want to die.
Whenever I'm on a cruise ship I have this same issue. The last time I was on one, we had a balcony in our room. At certain points I had to go back inside because the urge to jump was becoming too overwhelming.
An outlet for heated and controversial discussions.
