This film is a prime example as to why Divine is so great. You get to see him be fat, hideous, hilarious, and insanely irresponsible as the glamour-obssesed mother of Mink Stole. Divine is so ugly in this film, that the scale of ugliness becomes warped and mirrored, allowing for this Divine-scale ugliness to become glamourous. This film should inspire everyone to inject liquid eye-liner into their veins.
