I forced my mind to become emotionally detached.
Emotions are overrated, and having been raised without siblings, it seemed a perfect fit.
Yes, I gradually forced my mind to detach itself, without turning against itself. So to speak.

I'm the opposite, I am very emotional. It's near impossible to detach myself of complete emotion.

I live in a semi-detached house. Do I win a bun?

This looks like a house from the town in Edward Scissorhands.

It is brah they filmed Edward Sissor Hands in my back yard. Johnny Depp used to sodomize me during his breaks.

My emotions have been significantly dulled over the years, due to a low income, domestic issues, and general decensitization. I've never had romance, riches, popularity, or a general sense of fun about me, so I've become terribly complacent living in squalor. Life's a bitch, so why bother caring? Apathy is the true religion.

I am detached only in appearance. I dont act out my emotions or frustrations in public or work ever. I get criticized for it. When I am home that is different but would still not show my weaknesses. All of it is good protection. When I was younger I was different and would let everything effect me.
