This movie is far from perfect, but in some ways it really blows me away. I think the scarecrows are as creepy as you could possibly want them to be. The way their voices, speaking right into the minds of their victims, can be confused with the voices of the other soldiers, on the audio headsets, is also pretty freaky. Also, I enjoy a good old fashioned military horror movie now and then, like Dog Soldiers, Day of the Dead, etc.... good stuff.

I have Scarecrows on an MGM 6-movie pack, and I ought to rewatch it. Killer scarecrows are always fucking bad-ass! Even if they're not!
