The only horror film set on the holiday I know of off hand is Uncle Sam (1996), which I'm planning to watch later this week. Any of you trash epicers have any to recommend?

Ah yes, that is a classic. I just watched it last week actually along with the all of the sequels. There's always Return of the Living (1985), which is set around the 4th of July too if I remember correctly. Can't think of any others and if they're out there, they're probably obscure as fuck!

Think Memorial Valley Massacre might be. It's crap, but I recall a certain obscure charm, as these things sometimes have.
