Yeah, I've got thoughts... but not good ones!

First off, M. Night Shyamalan sucks. He's only made two movies I've cared for: Unbreakable, the slow-burn Bruce Willis/Sam Jackson hero/villain tale, and Signs, a movie with Mel fucking Gibson. I tend to avoid most everything else he's done.

Next, it seems like he's missing the point entirely. He wont have that skeletal crypt-keeper fuck because HBO has the rights to that puppet, but rather some more normal host. What gives? Then, it wont even be the goddamn anthology episodes, but an anthology season? Said to be inspired by American Horror Story, and likely to have interweaving tales ala Trick 'r Treat, which is totally not the right formula for Tales from the Crypt. It'll be set in one single location, New Orleans, and it'll be on TNT. They know drama... er, rather, they know dramatic, boring cop shows and other crap that nobody ever watches.

My hopes are really low.

M. Night Shyamalan is fucking useless a pure hack film maker & i just found out that the Sixth Sense (only film of his i liked) was a rip off from an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark.... useless bastard :D
