I'd go with Zombie Lake. And I generally like Franco and Rollin. So, needless to say that one was not only awful, but a letdown too. The concept was actually decent, but was handled horribly.

The one and only right answer to this question is Frozen Flesh. There's absolutely no room for arguement. Which kinda makes it a boring answer. So, I prefer to pretend it doesn't count as an actual movie, which isn't hard if you've seen more than 10 seconds of this film.
However, a movie being completely irritating counts for alot. Which is why I gotta agree with Shaza. Prehistoric Bimbos In Armageddon City is the most irritating piece of shit I've ever seen. But here. Check out Frozen Flesh.
