Why does he need to come back? He's a lumberjack, and... he's OK! Sorry, that was just a little Monty Python joke, for anyone here who hasn't memorized everything they ever did. Anyway... seriously, that is amazingly great news, is it true??

“So, you go ahead and stack spaghetti sauce at a store and a supermarket. You control the guy or the woman who runs the … or brings out the carts on a forklift. What happened?” Joe BidenBut listen, here's the deal: Multiple news sources have indeed confirmed that Michael C. Hall will return as Dexter, likely next fall. This is the kind of hope and change that the former president hoped to bring to the United States. Hope that Dexter will return, change the damn ending of the show!

Dexter is gold. Even the worst seasons were good enough because of MCH. Will he go back to Miami? I hope not. I want to see lumberjack Dexter go up against this season's big bad: bigfoot.

This is a really funny group of short videos, with the Doakes character from Dexter edited into scenes from various old movies and TV shows. Click on the Youtube channel, you can see that the channel is under the name "taoubt," which I think is a pretty cool word, by the way... I remember when this guy was creating and posting these videos. They were so funny to see for the first time. I felt like a groupie for the taoubt channel. I would look at the Dexter board on IMDB practically every day, and click to these videos.

I don't find this at alll surprising. As bad as the last season was, it never seemed as though people lost faith in the Dexter character. It deserves this. Wouldn't mind seeing some Dexter movies after this too. I think it's been long enough that they could get a lot of mileage out of this.

The book series of which the show was based on used to fuel my Dexter addiction in between seasons. It was definitely more humourous than the tv series. I cannot imagine Dexter as a movie. Actually scratch that. Bloodline was a good off brand Dexter movie. Sean William Scott did his best Dexter impression in that film.
