So lately I have been thinking about books that were made into movies or tv shows. And there are a few that I wish were never made, or should have been a tv show, or a tv show that maybe should have been a movie. I hate the Eragon movie, they completely messed it up. It was such a good book, and they could have done so much better. Another series that I think would have been way better as a tv show is Vampire Academy. The books are dark, and the movie was made into a comedy, and they completely missed the entire feel of the book.
Are there any books you wished were never adapted, or any that you wish was a tv show or vice versa? And I guess on the opposite side of thing are there any movies that fit perfectly with the book? I would love to hear y’alls thoughts!

I’ve read some of the members here talk about that movie/book, but I’ve never seen/heard of it before! I probably won’t even bother checking it bc if the reviews everyone’s saying about it.
I really loved reading “Five Feet Apart”! Then watching it in the theaters was great! I’m glad they turned that book into a movie. Another favorite of mine would have to be “The Sun Is Also A Star”.
The book was so good I read it in one sitting! When I found out that was becoming a movie I was super stoked! The movie did an excellent job following the book!
I saw that the show Vampire Diaries was a book, but I didn’t get into it bc they weren’t really getting any positive feedback, but the show was fantastic!!!
