What movie/book you never heard of? And Vampire Diaries Show is great! But the books, not so much. I was bored reading them! I loved Five Feet Apart! They did perfect!

Okay lol. That makes sense. It’s a good series! Well the first two are, I got stuck reading the third one.

Oh yeah! I think I blocked out the lighting thief and Sea of Monsters. Percy Jackson was one of my favorite series, and the movies sucked!! I haven’t read fight club, and don’t kill me, but I haven’t even watched Shawshank redemption yet.
And I completely agree with the actors making us believe that character, but I think it’s also up to the screen writer to get that feeling that we love from the books into the movie as well. If you write a comedy movie based on a book that’s isn’t a supposed to be funny it just ruins it in my opinion.

Another movie series’s they messed up was divergent. The books were fantastic, and they completely messed up the story in movie two which in its own isn’t not a bad movie, but not the movie it should have been.

I also like what they did with the Maze Runner Series. They changed it up but it worked over all with the series, and Dylan O’brien did a fantastic job as the main character.

I never read the book, but I had so much trouble watching the movies.

Fair enough, but as an avid reader I do like the movies to at least stay true to the story. But I also understand when they need to change it up a bit to get people more interested in the movies and tv series. But if you are going to adapt a book at least keep the story, and the feel of the book the same.
