So excluding stuff like The Shawshank Redemption (1994), The Green Mile (1999) and
Stand by Me (1986). Just strictly horror. I found it difficult to restrict it to just five but here is what makes my top five:
Storm of the Century (1999 Mini-Series)
Pet Sematary (1989)
The Dark Half (1993)
The Shining (1980)
It (1990 Mini-Series)
There were a lot that missed the cut for me, especially The Dead Zone (1983) but it can't be helped. What sbout you? What are your Top 5 Stephen King horror adaptations?

yeah, you are right, i agree with you, Night Flyer is quality. 
Apt Pupil was a well made tense fare, which i like very much.
