This decade is one of the weakest in terms of my views, so I'll probably be checking some of these that I haven't seen yet. I'm also working on the They Shoot Zombies List of 1000 films and some of these are prob on there as well. I have about 300 left to watch from that list.
Here are a few I liked that I didn't see on your list:
Aquarium (2004)- Saw ripoff, but a decent one imho. The Belko Experiment (2016) also has almost the exact same plot (I thnk- not having seen it).
The Unknown (2000) Det okända. decent low-budget Swedish affair...
Tears of Kali (2004) German anthology with some good parts
Acacia (2007)- creepy Korean piece
Shiver (2008) Spanish horror involving a boy's illness
Little Otik (2000)- good Svankmajer flick
Fears of the dark (2007)- animated French, anthology
Left Bank (2008)- Belgian horror. A little wierd imo... but decent
Meatball Machine (2005)- crazy Japanese splatterpunk
Hidden (2009) Skjult- very nicely filmed (imo) Norwegian horror
Malefique (2002)- part of the French wave... prison cell horror. Great!
The Univited Guess (2004)- Spanish horror in the voyeurism/ intruder vein
In My Skin (2002)- de Van at almost her best! a body horror of sorts... def skeeved me out a coupe of times
Sauna (2008)- interesting Finnish horror with some historical context
Gozu (2007)- Miike... werid, weird, weird
Deathwatch (2002)- decent enough British pice set during WWI
Dead End (2003)- Ray Wise, yeah he;s good in this.
Black Water (2007)- the best killer croc flick out there
