After a bit of a wait, the show finally premiered on Syfy, and what do you know, it's actually off to a strong start! I'm not sure I'll be able to keep up with the new episodes as they air, but I'm gonna try, damn it!
Our setup is pretty simple. A bullied middle school kid finds a Good Guy doll at a yard sale, and you can figure out where it goes from there. Of course, you've got Brad Dourif back where he belongs because Don Mancini is at the helm of this whole shindig, so he's doing it right. Apparently, we'll be seeing a lot of recurring characters from the series in later episodes, so there's always something to look forward to.
On a side note, Syfy was also advertising their remake of Slumber Party Massacre, which actually looks halfway decent.
